Weekly Recipe I Unstuffed Cabbage Stew

“Unstuffed cabbage stew”
*Whole30 approved
1 head of cabbage
1 yellow onion
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
2 cloves garlic
Salt/pepp/Italian seasonings
1.5lb ground beef

Put everything in pot BESIDES beef and let simmer. Once cabbage is just about cooked, crumble in the beef and cook until done. So easy! Takes about an hour for everything.
