Weekly Recipe I Salsa Chicken

Salsa Chicken

2-3 lbs chicken/pot roast or chuck roast

1 jar salsa of choice

Mexican seasoning (optional)

Trim 2-3 lbs of chicken, pot roast or chuck roast and throw into a slow cooker. Choose your favorite jar of salsa and throw it in there as well! If you love Mexican seasoning, grab your favorite and sprinkle a little bit of that majic in there as well, Cook on high for 4 hours or on low/medium for 6-8 hours. Enjoy!
