Weekly Recipe I Burger Bowls

Makes approximately seven 5 oz servings and seven 3 oz servings. Perfect for a Sunday meal prep to get Nicole and Nick a meal for every day of the coming week.
4 pounds of 90/10 beef
Lettuce or raw spinach or a combination of both
Fresh cherry tomatoes
1 sweet onion (raw or sauteed)
1 pack of white mushrooms
Salsa of choice OR ketchup and mustard
Cook beef in a pan until light brown. While the beef is cooking, begin cutting cherry tomatoes into halves. Chop lettuce and/or spinach as well. Cut the sweet onion and mushrooms and sautee together on low/medium heat until brown (if desired). Drain beef in the sink and then return to pan on lower heat. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat when cooked. Throw some beef into a bowl and top it with the cherry tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, lettuce and spinach and then add the condiment of your choice! We prefer ketchup and mustard. Enjoy!
