Weekly Recipe I Buffalo Meatballs

2lbs ground sirloin.
Garlic powder to taste
Chopped onion to taste
Salt to taste
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix until seasoning and egg evenly dispersed. Roll into evenly size meatballs and place on oiled baking sheet and bake at 375° for 35 minutes. Add a bit of Sriracha, Frank’s or Worcestershire sauce if you need a little extra zing!
