🔥PROGRESS🔥 . Germaine began personal training with us 3x per week starting May 7. In just three hours per week with Rise Farmington Hills Coach, @ThatGuyMikeLayne, she has… . . ✅Lost over 6.6% of pure body fat. ✅Went from a 1 rep max back squat of 90# to doing multiple sets of 4 at 85#. ✅Increased her deadlift by over 40#. ✅Increased her conditioning and endurance immeasurably. . 📝 Her primary goal when joining was to lean out and get HEALTHY – just feel and BE healthy and strong – so she can continue to be the awesome and involved Momma that she is to her beautiful kids. . We are so proud of her hard work, consistency and positive attitude. We can’t wait to see what another few months of personal training does for her! .
