We also have plans designed to help you optimize your body composition while maintaining your current weight. All nutrition plans include an initial body composition test, a nutrition interview to discuss your goals and current eating habits. Based on our time together and your feedback, we will write an individualized nutrition plan for you to get you where you want to go, complete with clear instructions, a grocery list, meal prep directions and a cheat sheet for eating out with friends.
