January 7-13, we will be having a bring a friends week at both of our locations.

If you know someone who works out at Rise, if you want to dial down on your fitness goals, or if you are just looking for somewhere new to call your “gym home”, then come join us!

All are welcome! Even if you don’t currently have a friend at Rise. Bring a friend and/or we will introduce you to some new ones when you get here. 

Friends are welcome to join us as many days as they’d like.
