🔥COMFORT ZONES🔥 . It’s Games Week here at @RiseAthletics and for all facilities that follow our group class programming. That means we do one or two 2018 @CrossFitGames workouts per day throughout this whole week. It’s a TON of fun and gives our athletes the opportunity to experience a small amount of what the Games athletes feel during the course of competition. . But. It’s HARD. It’s hard for athletes AND it’s hard for Coaches. There are a lot of moving parts today, along with heavy weights and high skill movements. A lot of class and space management are required on the behalf of our staff today. . . A lot of gyms and Coaches stay away from days like today, and understandably so. It makes our jobs tough. But we believe in putting in work for our athletes. . 🔮 It’s easy to get stuck in your comfort zone as a Coach AND as an athlete. To only Coach or do movements and workouts we’re comfortable with. But, we suggest you get outside that comfort zone every once in a while because that’s where the magic happens – for you and for your athletes. . .
